Ataco Coffee
Coffee production and processing has been done at El Carmen Estate for four generations. The transformation from coffee cherries to green beans, has made possible for coffee from El Carmen Estate, with its traditional Alpha brand, to reach the most demanding international markets.
During the last decade, roasting has been integated to the process, allowing Ataco coffee, a finished product of excellent quality and freshness, to be offered to the final consumer.
Ataco coffee is grown, processed, roasted and packed at El Carmen Estate, it is available in Gourmet and Classic presentations in the major supermarkets of El Salvador.
